Refunds

Once a Group Break has been completed there are no refunds. Due to the nature of the product, once it is opened it can not be returned to its original state (sealed) therefore refunds are not a possibility.

Please make sure to read all details of a break before purchasing.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped to the address used on the order. This is something we have to do in order to meet the requirements of payment processors. If you need to update your address please do so on your account, as well as while you are checking out via the store.

We ship weekly in order to get you in a routine of receiving packages he same time each week, and to reduce the total number of packages we are entrusting to our great Postal system. Over the years we have fine tuned the line between excessive shipping (costs you in the long run) and snail shipping, we feel the weekly shipment is the perfect balance.

All Hits (Autographs and Relics), Serial Numbered & Inserts are shipped unless otherwise noted. In higher end releases we choose to also ship the ‘base’. Any base that is not shipped is used in various community outreaches including schools and hospitals.

Community Behavior

The Clubhouse is an exclusive community of collectors who share a passion for this hobby. We respect each other, including our differences. Any member who fails to exemplify our core values of Honesty. Integrity. Community. will be removed from the site.

By registering on the website you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as described above and throughout the website.

User-Generated Content & Chat

The Clubhouse includes a live chat feature where members may post messages. By using chat, you agree to the following:

  • No objectionable content. You will not post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Zero tolerance violations will result in immediate removal from the community.
  • Reporting. You may report any message or user you find objectionable by long-pressing a message in chat and selecting “Flag Message” or “Block User.”
  • Blocking. Blocking a user will immediately remove their messages from your feed and notify The Clubhouse team for review.
  • Moderation. The Clubhouse team reviews all flagged content and will remove objectionable content and suspend offending users within 24 hours of a report.
  • Removal. Any member found to be in violation of these standards may have their content removed and their account permanently suspended without notice or refund.
